    By carefully studying home sales, Neighborhood Values and current listings in your area, and by making detailed inspection of your home, I will determine its fair market value.  This will enable me to develop a target market for your home and generate the largest number of prospects.
  3. Exposure to All Realtors in the Athens Area Through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
    MLS provides immediate exposure to over 1500 active agents that are currently working with qualified “ready to purchase now” buyers.  Full details of your home are entered into the MLS and agents will select your home to show based on the buyer’s needs with regard to price, location, and the basic features of your home. In addition your property will be entered into the Georgia MLS with over 25,000 agents.
  4. Full Digital Color Customized Home Brochures
    Flyers will be designed to list the features and benefits of your home.  Agents will leave their business cards near the flyers to let you know they have shown your home.  The flyers should be placed near the entrance foyer or in the dining room.
  5. Showings
    As your property is shown, I will be in touch with feedback on items that we may need to adjust in order to get your property sold.  I will inform you prior to any 2nd showings so that we are absolutely prepared.

    I obtain an updated list of potential newcomers to our area from the Chamber of Commerce.  I also have a tremendous relocation network throughout the country, assisting individuals and companies with corporate transfers.

    As I am marketing your property, I will keep you informed on market conditions as well as any constructive feedback that may help us get your property sold.  The seller is welcome at any time during the listing agreement to discuss any concerns or adjustments that may be needed.  After 30 days of any listing agreement, the seller will be contacted to discuss pricing, advertising, and overall marketing of the property in order to be pro-active to get it SOLD.
